The registration to the web service of Hostess Models is completely free, thing that instead it isn't for the photographers and the firms affiliates to the portal, because they will freely view the cards but only paying a web service of 15 Euro monthly they will can directly contact the hostesses and the stewards enrolled to the portal.
9. The performance of the service doesn't have expiration and it can be interrupted by the models in any moment, previous application to the address e-mail webmaster@hostess-models.com.
10. Hostess Models allow-reserve itself to interrupt as soon as possible the service.
11. Read attentively the conditions of use and the Privacy Informative , still before to effecting the dispatch.

INFORMATIVE about PRIVACY Art.13 Legislative Decree 196/2006.
We desire to inform you that the L. D. n. 196 of June 30th 2003 ("Code in subject of protection of the personal data") it foresees the guardianship of the people and other subjects in comparison to the treatment of the personal data.

The data indicated as "not destined to the diffusion" (surname, addresses, city and telephone numbers) won't be made public but they will remain on our systematize in a special reserved area. The data "remainders" will be object, when used by the visitors of our website, of aggregation with other data related to receptive structures whose characteristics satisfy the applications (to exemplificative title but not exhaustive, search keys transmitted by the visitors to filter and to reduce the number of the listed receptive structures) transmitted by the same visitors.

Art. 7 - Access right to the personal data and other rights.
1 - The person concerned has the right to get the confirmation of the existence or less of personal data that concern him, even if not yet visible on the on-line card of the date-base, and their communication in intelligible form.
2 - The person concerned has the right to get the indication:
a) Of the origin of the personal data;
b) Of the finalities and formality of the treatment;
c) Of the logic applied in case of treatment effected with the aid of electronic tools;
d) Of the identification data of the holder and of the responsible persons;
e) Of the subjects or of the categories of subjects to which the personal data can be communicated or that can come to knowledge of it as designate representative in the territory of the State, of responsible or in charge persons.
3 - - The person concerned has the right to get:
a) The updating, the rectification or, when he has interest, the integration of the data,;
b) The cancellation, the transformation in anonymous form or the block of the data treated in violation of law, inclusive those of which isn't necessary the maintenance in relationship to the purposes for which the data have been picked or subsequently essays;
